The new “designed by Microsoft” ergonomic keyboard, crafted by Incase, is priced at $119.99 and features a dedicated Copilot button. Incase, now managing Microsoft’s accessories line, has introduced this compact wireless keyboard with a split, contoured design for improved ergonomics, along with a cushioned palm rest for added comfort.
Equipped with “ultra-responsive” scissor keys featuring 1.3mm travel, the keyboard offers a tactile yet minimal typing experience. It connects via Bluetooth to up to three devices and is powered by two AAA batteries, which Incase claims can last for up to 36 months. Following Microsoft’s 2023 decision to discontinue its non-Surface accessories, Incase partnered with the company to revive its popular designs using the same components and supply chain.
With its $119.99 price tag, this ergonomic keyboard is comparable to the $129.99 Logitech Ergo K860 but remains far more affordable than premium ergonomic models like the $365 Nuio Flow or ZSA Voyager. Its blend of features and cost positions it as an attractive mid-range option for those seeking comfort and functionality.
Incase plans to launch the keyboard in early 2025 and has additional Microsoft-designed accessories in the works. However, as of now, the company’s product lineup is limited to two mice and a Bluetooth keyboard available for purchase on its website. The collaboration between Incase and Microsoft signals a renewed focus on high-quality PC accessories that balance innovation and usability while honoring Microsoft’s original designs.
