At Samsung Unpacked 2025 on Wednesday, the company unveiled its latest Galaxy S flagship smartphones, focusing heavily on mobile AI. The Galaxy S25, S25+, and S25 Ultra lead the charge, with AI being a key feature across the lineup, aligning Samsung with industry trends.

The standout model is the $1,300 Galaxy S25 Ultra, a successor to the Galaxy Note with a 6.9-inch display and four rear cameras, including a 50MP ultra-wide, 200MP wide, and two telephoto lenses offering 3x and 5x optical zoom. Powered by the Snapdragon 8 Elite chip, which brings a 37% CPU performance boost, 30% GPU improvement, and a 40% increase in neural processing power, the Ultra is built for high-end performance.

GALAXY S25 ULTRA:

Samsung has also introduced features like ProScaler for image sharpening, enhanced gaming with Vulkan Engine and Ray Tracing, and a larger vapor chamber for better cooling. Google’s AI tools are more integrated than ever, with Gemini now activated via the side button, alongside generative AI features for writing and drawing.

The Ultra comes with a 5,000mAh battery, 12GB of RAM, and up to 1TB of storage, available in several colors, including exclusive shades for direct purchases through Samsung.

Preorders for all three models start Wednesday, with shipping set for February 7.
